Job description

Unusual Machines is a U.S.-based drone and drone parts company focused on the small and First-Person View (FPV) segments of the drone market. We're expanding into enterprise and defense - bringing our obsessive attention to performance, design, and U.S.-based manufacturing into high-stakes environments like search and rescue and military innovation. With several of our products already approved by the Defense Innovation Unit, we're solving procurement issues for customers who demand speed, agility, and compliance.

What You'll Do

Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfillment locations

• Execute daily inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems including NetSuite and SkuVault

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction variances

• Support inbound receiving, put-away, and material staging processes

• Coordinate material transfers between production and fulfillment locations

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment requirements

• Assist with kitting, BOM validation, and production material allocation

• Generate inventory reports and support KPI tracking

• Maintain organized warehouse locations, labeling, and traceability controls

What You Bring 

• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting

• Manufacturing, electronics, or fulfillment experience preferred

• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience preferred

Compensation $55,000 - $62,000 annually
