Responsibilities:
  • Support the Audit Liaison team by developing, organizing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports audit readiness for the organization
  • Collaborate with system owners, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and FIAR lead to translate technical control activities, configurations, and workflows into well structured, audit ready materials
  • Understand the needs, requirements, and technical skill levels of the intended audience to create documentation that addresses their specific use cases and provides clear instructions
  • Review and revise existing documentation to maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Incorporate feedback from users, support teams, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the documentation
