Description
ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR/Admin Support Specialist to provide administrative and human resources support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day HR operations, maintaining personnel records, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting workforce management efforts while ensuring compliance with federal policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and experienced in providing administrative support within a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR/administrative support.
  • Maintain personnel records, files, and documentation in accordance with federal requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee status changes, and separation documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.
  • Track personnel actions and ensure required documents are completed and submitted on time.
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR processes and administrative procedures.
  • Enter and update data in HR systems and databases.
  • Maintain confidential employee information and sensitive records.
  • Assist with organizing workforce reports and administrative tracking logs.
  • Support policy distribution, SOP updates, and document management activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, HR support, or office management experience.
  • Experience supporting a federal agency or government contractor is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling personnel information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD), or other federal organizations.
  • Familiarity with federal personnel systems such as DCPAS, HRConnect, or USA Staffing.
  • Knowledge of basic federal HR processes and personnel documentation requirements.
  • Active Public Trust or ability to obtain one (preferred).
