Job description

SENIOR INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
The Senior Integrated Logistics Specialist will support PM PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, including providing essential logistics support services for PM PNT programs, initiatives, and goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support a wide range of logistics documentation, participate in meetings and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and contribute to logistics and product support planning. Independently prepare and review logistics documentation (e.g., Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Core Logistics Analysis).
  • Participate in logistics planning, and contribute analysis and recommendations to resource planning and budgetary products.
  • Lead and manage logistics support activities for PM PNT programs.
  • Independently develop and review complex logistics documentation.
  • Provide expert technical advice during proposal evaluations, and lead the preparation for and response to logistics audits (Army Audit Agency, ASA, DA/G4, DoD IG).
  • Formulate short and long-range logistics plans, analyze budgetary requirements, and proactively identify and recommend improvements to logistics processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with evolving policies, laws, and directives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (4 years of additional experience or relevant military service may be substituted in lieu of degree)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support and System Life Cycle Support areas supporting the DoD
  • comprehensive understanding of Army logistics regulations and acquisition processes

SECURITY CLEARANCE
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required

TRAVEL
  • Some travel may be required
