Job description

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager Location: WFH but regular travel to Bristol and other UK MOD sites. Conventus have partnered with a Consultancy who are expanding their Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) capability, following significant project wins in the Defence sector. We are seeking a number of Integrated Logistics Support Managers (ILSM), working on projects throughout the UK.

The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Support Engineering team to ensure the timely delivery of ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) programme schedules. Qualifications and Experience: A strong background in ILS or IPS Technical Documentation. Experience in AR&M (Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability) Analysis, Supportability Analysis, and Through Life Costing.

Familiarity with ILS defence standards, including Def Stan 00-600, JSP 886, and ASD S series. Working knowledge of design engineering methods and systems engineering processes. Experience of working in the Defence sector.

Proficiency in managing a team of ILS engineers located in various locations. Due to the nature of the work, candidates are required to hold or be able to hold UK Security Clearance. Please familiarise yourself with the vetting process before applying for this role.
