Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits across production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards in production.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives for product defects or non-conformities using analysis skills and Six Sigma tools.
- Oversee quality inspection activities
- Manage internal and external audits related to quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and certification bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Train staff on quality assurance protocols
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, defect rates, and process efficiency; report findings to senior management.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement using project management methodologies to enhance overall manufacturing quality.
