  • Develop, refine, and optimize test processes, procedures, checklists, and work instructions with minimal supervision
  • Work independently within established engineering processes while exercising sound technical judgment
  • Lead small, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced integration and test environments, fostering a collaborative, humble, and mission-focused team culture
  • Interface directly with customers and senior customer leadership to provide technical support, communicate status and issues, and explain system-level performance
  • Travel up to 25% monthly to customer or field locations to support system deliveries, integration, troubleshooting, and training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
