Aerospace Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist

Since 1977, Specialty Hose Corporation has been a leading manufacturer of high-performance metal and PTFE hose assemblies for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. Our products are found everywhere from deep-sea decompression systems to the International Space Station. We are AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified and have built our reputation on exceptional quality, technical expertise, and customer service.
 
 We are looking for a motivated, technology-minded individual who enjoys working with customers while helping transform the way we market and grow our business. This is much more than a traditional inside sales position—you will play an important role in expanding our digital presence, improving our online store, leveraging AI tools, and identifying new business opportunities.
 
 There is NO cold calling.
 
 Starting Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
 
Primary Responsibilities
·         Prepare and follow up on quotations for aerospace and industrial customers.
·         Process customer orders and monitor deliveries.
·         Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
·         Review contracts and communicate customer requirements to production.
·         Coordinate certifications and customer documentation.
·         Work with purchasing and suppliers to support customer requirements.
·         Identify new business opportunities through digital research and online platforms.
·         Create and maintain product content, technical information, and online listings.
·         Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and similar platforms) to improve productivity,                          generate marketing content, analyze markets, and identify prospective customers.
·         Assist with SEO, Google search rankings, website analytics, and digital advertising.
·         Support LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
·         Research government, aerospace, and industrial opportunities using AI and online databases.
·         Recommend new ways technology can improve customer experience, efficiency, and sales growth.
