Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance Lab Technician inspects and tests incoming raw materials and finished products to fulfill customer, product quality, and performance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time:
  • Complete timely, accurate QA measurements on incoming, in process, and finished products
  • Assist in the performance of lab requests and special projects
  • Maintain equipment in good, clean working order
  • Ensure laboratory supplies are kept up to date
  • Maintain accurate and complete records

Required Education, Experience & Training:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 years experience working in a Quality or R&D laboratory position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer use and Excel software
