  • Neatly write messages on cakes per customer's request.
  • Decorate custom cake orders per customer's request.
  • Ensure customer's orders are prepared according to schedule.
  • Neatly slice cheesecakes & cakes according to bakery standards.
  • Communicate with customers regarding special decorated items.
  • Assist with preparing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type.
  • Ensure the display refrigerator is cleaned, polished, and fully stocked with cakes, pastries, and desserts.
  • Maintain quality standards for cake slices and other desserts.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
  • Assist with other duties as required.
