Job description

  • Greet customers entering and leaving the bakery.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Serve as the cashier and check out customers in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Answer the phone and assist customers with dessert orders, questions and concerns.
  • Accurately record dessert orders by phone & from online order platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Receive and process dessert orders via DoorDash.
  • Ensure the display counter is always clean and fully stock with the proper product.
  • Assist team members with other duties as needed
  • Refer customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person
  • Assist with proper cleaning and sanitization of work spaces throughout the day.
