Job description


Position Overview:

The Cake Manager provides quality customer service and food products using the high standards set by Fourteen Foods and the International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visits. The Cake Manager will be responsible for leading the cake decorating team, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing cakes and desserts are produced, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years previous experience in cake decorating, with at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated creativity and artistic abilities in cake decorating.
  • Knowledge of various decorating techniques and equipment
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
