Job description

How you'll make an impact:
As a Principal Consultant within the Advisory Services, Decision Support team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the system design, implementation testing, and adoption of the Decision Support suite of our software, StrataJazz®. Rated #1 in KLAS, StrataJazz® Decision Support is recognized as the "gold standard" for delivering insights into costs and margins across the healthcare industry. You will partner directly with and guide key team members and executive stakeholders at some of the largest health systems.
The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Own the delivery of multiple concurrent Healthcare Decision Support system design and/or adoption projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned with customer goals, best practices, and organizational standards.
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to customers throughout project lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, system configuration, user adoption, and performance management/optimization.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Downstream Reporting solutions, ensuring customer requirements are fully integrated and scalable.
  • Lead strategic and operational customer interactions to ensure alignment, proactively manage issues, and deliver measurable value and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Mentor and develop team members, including Consultants and Senior Consultants, through active coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance feedback.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expanded services within active engagements, contributing to proposals, and participating in strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Promote operational excellence by contributing to the evolution of project delivery methodologies, standard documentation, and internal training initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20-35%

Estimated Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
