Job Title: Returns Clerk

Department: Distribution

Reports To: Receiving Lead

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM with overtime as required

Summary Responsible for coordinating and executing the daily returns functions in a fast-paced distribution warehouse by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for unloading and receiving material from external and internal carriers. 
  • Processing and receiving inventory via the Returns Authorization number in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining the filing of relevant paperwork.
  • Clear and professional communication with carrier partners, customer service, and other internal and external stakeholders is required.
  • Maintaining and updating the Returns log in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Always maintain a clean environment.
  • Overtime may be required upon business needs.
  • Complying with all Mannington Safety Procedures and Cardinal Rules is required.
  • Assisting receiving lead as required
  • All other task as assigned
