The Health & Wellness Project & Analytics Manager leads and owns priority projects and implementation initiatives across the Health & Wellness team. This role is responsible for project planning and execution, research and benchmarking, proposal development, process improvement, implementation support, and measurement of results. The position also oversees key business processes, including RFPs, renewals, analytics and KPI reporting, dashboard development, records retention, contracts, invoices, and budgets. In addition, the role provides day-to-day leadership to Project Coordinators and partners with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to align priorities and drive effective execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects concurrently by managing planning, implementation, priorities, timelines, deliverables, communication, and follow-up.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking using internal and external resources to support informed recommendations and efficient execution.

  • Prepare clear, concise proposals and project updates tailored to the appropriate audience.

  • Implement approved solutions through structured action plans aligned with strategic objectives and defined measures of success.

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, reporting tools, and status updates to improve visibility, accountability, and consistency across initiatives.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, compliance, and service quality across Health & Wellness operations.

  • Manage key business processes, including RFPs, vendor renewals, contract administration, invoice review, budget tracking, and records retention.

  • Develop and maintain analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboards to measure project and operational performance and support decision-making.

  • Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to support operational and implementation initiatives, gather input, align priorities, and facilitate execution.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to Project Coordinators by assigning work, setting priorities, coaching performance, and supporting development.

Position Requirements

  • Four-year college degree required.

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in project management and analytics with business operations, benefits, HR, or a related field required.

  • Limited travel required, typically two to four times annually.

  • Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and minimal supervision.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead direct reports, manage priorities, and support associate development.

  • Experience leading process improvements and managing operational workflows, including RFPs, renewals, analytics, dashboards, contracts, invoices, records retention, and budgets.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, change management, and executive reporting.

  • Experience applying project management standards, reporting tools, governance practices, and tracking methods to support visibility, accountability, and consistency across initiatives.

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage, prioritize, present, and track multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, with the ability to develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Current knowledge of emerging technology and AI tools, with the ability and comfort to learn, apply, and adapt them appropriately to improve efficiency, analysis, communication, and project execution.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager (CPM), or equivalent project management certification preferred.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
