The Opportunity


As a Deals - DTDS - Analytics - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will leverage your skills in data analysis to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market.


As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional standards while using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.


In this role, you will apply analytics to contract data to identify risk, obligations, performance insights, and compliance indicators. You will be instrumental in driving the delivery of client solutions and contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. This position offers an opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while working in a collaborative environment.

- Conducting complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
