Our customers include Google, GE, and NBC Universal, and we partner with leaders such as Google, Atlassian, and Microsoft.

We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and growth-minded individual to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. Our channel sales program is expanding rapidly and we need someone ready to dive into the data, optimize our processes, and help scale Lucid's partner ecosystem. From day one, you will own critical workflows, work cross-functionally with senior leadership, and directly influence our revenue-generating engine. If you love solving puzzles, working with data, and seeing the immediate impact of your work, this is the perfect place to launch your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to design, document, and automate channel workflows, and train sales executives on these processes to ensure a seamless end-customer experience.
  • Manage reseller transactions to ensure we hit our SLAs, directly impacting revenue and keeping our Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams aligned.
  • Maintain and protect the integrity of partner data in Salesforce, ensuring core systems provide a reliable source of truth for leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate the operational onboarding, contracting, and ongoing relationship management of Lucid's channel partners.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and leverage automation and emerging AI tools to optimize workflows and support rapid program growth.
  • Execute ad hoc business and market analyses as requested by senior management to uncover new growth levers.
  • Analyze and report on reseller performance metrics to leaders, facilitating data-backed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Foundational experience or exposure to Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate data efficiently (e.g., VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and data formulas).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure work is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a strong interest in operational efficiency and leveraging automation or AI tools to optimize everyday workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently research, document, and present business-relevant topics clearly.
  • This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our South Jordan office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or professional experience working within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, database tools, or productivity AI applications (e.g., Tableau, SQL, LLMs).
  • Foundational understanding of channel sales, reseller models, or indirect go-to-market strategies.
