Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Plano, TX Onsite

Type: Contract to hire

Interview Process: 2 rounds 1ST Round Virtual & 2nd Round In-Person Interview

Key Context from Hiring Manager:

  • Team currently supports vendor applications + Java stack
  • Moving toward AWS-based systems (future ownership)
  • Small team (~5 members) need strong independent contributors
  • Fast hiring timeline quick submissions critical

MUST HAVE:

  • Java (5 7 years hands-on, strong backend)
  • Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
  • Strong SQL and database fundamentals (query writing + optimization)
  • Production troubleshooting/debugging experience

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

  • AWS (hands-on development + debugging)
  • JPMC / Banking domain experience
  • Experience handling complex enterprise applications

GOOD TO HAVE:
