Overview

Endodontist - Associate with Partnership Path 
Location: Tupelo, Mississippi 
Practice: Northeast Endodontics 
Employment Type: Full-time 

Northeast Endodontics is an established, referral-driven endodontic practice that has served the Tupelo community for more than 20 years. This opportunity supports the addition of a second endodontist in a high-demand, two-doctor model where patient access is currently limited by doctor capacity alone. With a consistently full schedule and a strong patient backlog, the incoming associate will enjoy immediate demand with the clinical and administrative support to quickly fill their desired schedule.

This role is eligible for Specialized Dental Partnersโ€™ Loan Relief Program, which is designed to provide meaningful debt relief to doctors serving select high-need markets. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive endodontic care, including diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Perform root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures to a high clinical standard
  • Communicate effectively with referring providers and patients
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient patient flow
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Endodontics
  • Eligible for licensure in Mississippi
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
