Russell Tobin is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Collector to support delinquent loan account resolution for one of our top clients in Hales Corners, WI. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in collections, banking, customer service, call centers, or financial services who are comfortable communicating with customers and working in a goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact delinquent loan customers daily by telephone using an auto-dialer or direct dialing
  • Work with customers to resolve delinquency issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Triage inbound calls and handle collection-related inquiries
  • Transfer customers to appropriate specialty areas or departments when necessary
  • Document all customer conversations, account information, and changes accurately in the system
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of delinquency activity and resolutions
  • Collect delinquent accounts while following department policies and compliance standards
  • Work toward department goals for delinquency resolution and account recovery
  • Resolve a high volume of customer issues to help reduce financial risk to the bank
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with customers throughout the collection process
  • Follow established procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in collections, banking, customer service, call center, or financial services preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
