Pay Range: $17.76 - $22.42 per hour - bilingual pay premium eligible (Spanish/English)
Department: AR Services, a Division of Healthcare Management
Location: Grand Junction, CO (In Office)
Looking for a customer service role where you can make a meaningful difference, and have your evenings and weekends free?
Join our AR Services team and support patients as they navigate their medical bills. You'll answer questions, clarify balances, and help find manageable solutions; All in a supportive, team-focused environment. No healthcare experience needed, we'll train you.
What Your Day Will Look Like
You'll spend most of your day on the phone helping patients by:
  • Answering calls
  • Processing payments
  • Working toward team goals

Some calls are quick and straightforward, while others require more patience and attention. In every case, you'll have the training, tools, and team support you need to succeed.

Education/Experience/Skills

About Healthcare Management
Healthcare Management (HCM) was formed in 1992 by a group of rural hospitals and healthcare organizations. This innovative and collaborative group of providers sought to take control of their bad debt collections and improve how accounts were collected in their communities. Their first step was to purchase A-1 Collection Agency and subsequently formed AR Services in 2001 to provide extended business office services. Today HCM is owned and governed by 20 rural hospitals and healthcare organizations in Colorado and Utah and provides services to over 150 clients.
