Position Overview:

Poole Huffman is seeking an AI solutions Specialist to review how the firm operates, identify where AI can improve a process, and build the solution. This role touches marketing, operations, and firm administration, with technology and process improvement.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Study existing firm processes across marketing, operations, and HR to identify where and how AI can create real efficiency.

  • Design and write effective prompts and workflows that turn a manual process into an AT-assisted one.

  • Partner with the operations leadership to scope problems, test s olutions, and roll them out firm wide.

  • Evaluate and help implement AI tools across departments, including marketing, HR, and case management.

  • Train staff on how to use the AI tools and workflows once theyโ€™re in place.


Job Requirements (Including Education):

  • Must be located in Atlanta, GA

  • Strong demonstrable prompt-writing skills with tools like Claude or ChatGPT in a professional environment.

  • Ability to look at a process, break it down into steps, and identify where AI can be used to improve.

  • Comfortable moving forward with ideas by building light solutions and workflows.

  • Strong written communication and the ability to translate technical capability into plan-language recommendations for non-technical staff.

  • Self-start who can work independently and bring ideas forward.

  • Willing and able to learn new AI platforms, automation tools, analytics software, and digital technologies.

  • Understands that technology should ultimately improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
