Dealer Training School

Legends Bay Casino is excited to provide a unique opportunity to the Reno/Sparks community!

If you are interested in learning the art of blackjack dealing, please join our paid Five (5) week Blackjack training course, which is now open to the public (must be over the age of 21 to qualify).

Gain valuable skills and knowledge with our expert instructor and an opportunity to join our talented Table Games Team while being Paid to have FUN!

Course Dates:

Start Date: 6/15/2026

End Date: 7/23/2026

Classes will run Monday - Thursday with two sessions to choose from.

First session: 10am - 1PMย 

Second session:ย 2pm - 5pm

Learn to deal and control the pace of the game. Will be taught how to handle all bets on assigned games and adhere to game protection and Legends Bay Casino dealing procedures. Mentally perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately while the game is in progress.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass a math and dexterity test
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High degree of mental and physical dexterity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to tactfully control and pace their assigned game
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Minimum age requirement is 21
  • Ability to obtain registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board following a successful live game audition.ย
