Job Summary

South Shore Subaru is seeking a motivated and reliable Automotive Valet/Porter to support our service and sales departments. This customer-facing role is responsible for maintaining an organized dealership, moving vehicles safely, and ensuring customers receive a positive first impression.

Responsibilities
  • Park customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain showroom and inventory vehicles in clean, display-ready condition.
  • Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for lot presentation.
  • Transport vehicles between the showroom, service department, and dealership lot.
  • Assist with vehicle staging and lot organization.
  • Maintain dealership parking areas, sidewalks, and driveways.
  • Remove snow, ice, and debris as needed to maintain a safe environment.
  • Shuttle employees between designated parking locations.
  • Help manage traffic flow throughout the dealership.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting guests and team members.
  • Perform additional porter and lot attendant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience required.
  • Clean driving record preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Previous dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
