Job description

Central Florida Lincoln is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Team. We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our service team. In this role, you'll act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring an exceptional experience from drop-off to pick-up. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
  • Track the status of your customers' repair orders during the day keeping the customer updated.
  • Present the best solution to properly repair our customer's vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
  • Manage the store's workflow in an effective and efficient manner
  • Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
  • Always maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere
  • Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
  • Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
  • Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
  • Shuttle customers as needed.
  • Be a liaison between the service manager, parts personnel, technicians, and warranty administration.
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
  • Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Strive to meet management's metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
  • Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ignite/Reynolds and Reynolds experience a PLUS!!
