Job description

Al Packer Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and energetic Service Porter to join our Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and providing great customer service.

As a Service Porter, you'll help keep our service department running smoothly by moving vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining an organized lot and service drive.

What You'll Do
  • Greet customers as they arrive for service
  • Move customer and dealership vehicles throughout the property
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out
  • Organize and maintain parking areas and service lanes
  • Deliver completed vehicles to customers
  • Assist with customer transportation and shuttle services as needed
  • Help keep the service department clean, organized, and safe
  • Support the service team with additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous dealership, porter, valet, or customer service experience
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
