Pay: Starts at $17.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40-45 hours/week) | Days Off: Sundays & Tuesdays
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detail Foreman to lead our detail shop and manage dealership inventory. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard for quality, drives efficiency, and keeps our lot retail-ready. You will lead by example, ensure high detail standards, and oversee the flow of inventory through our department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage, direct, and mentor a team of detailers, fostering a productive and quality-focused work environment.
  • Lead by Example: Perform high-level detail work (interior/exterior, paint correction, prep) while demonstrating proper techniques and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee dealership lot inventory, prioritizing vehicles for detail, reconditioning, and customer delivery.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to guarantee every vehicle meets strict dealership standards before hitting the lot or reaching the customer.
  • Workflow Optimization: Coordinate daily tasks to ensure turnaround times are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in professional automotive detailing (Required).
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a shop setting.
