What You'll Do:
  • Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience from check-in to completion
  • Greet service customers and manage inbound service calls
  • Schedule appointments and communicate service timelines
  • Present repair and maintenance estimates clearly and confidently
  • Coordinate repair orders with Technicians and monitor workflow
  • Recommend additional services when appropriate
  • Support daily service operations and administrative processes (training provided to prepare you for Service Management)
  • Help maintain parts inventory and enforce service policies
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer OR 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager
  • Proven customer service and sales/up-selling skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable with computers and dealership service systems
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
