Role Description The Licensed Insurance Agent role at TruMark Dealer Services, Inc. is a hybrid position. Looking for full-time or part-time candidates. Office location is Birdsboro, PA. The agent will work directly with incoming calls to quote and bind insurance. Daily responsibilities include assessing customer needs, preparing quotes, completing applications, processing policy changes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves collaborating with dealership finance teams, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing support to clients to promote retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with experience presenting and explaining coverage options to customers.
  • Background in Insurance Brokerage or working with multiple carriers to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and problem resolution.
  • Active state insurance license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Birdsboro, PA, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office software and insurance systems.
  • High level of professional integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to building long-term client relationships.

Compensation

$25 per hour or commission based pay available.
