WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Dealer Support Associate serves as the operational first point of contact for dealers through inbound calls and the dealer support inbox. This role is responsible for researching and resolving dealer and internal inquiries related to funding, titles, contracts, and post-funding activities accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with HCA policies and procedures. This role supports a consistent dealer experience by documenting activity in approved systems, escalating complex issues as needed, and applying established best practices across Consumer Credit, Funding, Servicing, Collections, Remarketing, Tax, and Compliance processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

1. Dealer & Internal Inquiry Support: Serve as the operational first point of contact for dealers and internal partners by managing inbound calls and dealer support inbox requests related to funding, titles, contracts, post-funding activities, and HCA's consumer portfolio. Research issues, provide accurate and timely one touch resolutions, when possible, escalate complex matters as needed, and document all activity in applicable approved systems.

2. Outbound Follow-Up and Issue Resolution: Conduct outbound follow-up with dealers, Sales, internal departments, and external parties to obtain missing information, clarify requests, resolve open items, and ensure consistent communication through issue resolution.

3. Documentation & Compliance Support: Review, request, create, and validate documents needed to support dealer and customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and conformance with HCA policies, established procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in a call center, dealer support, customer service, financial services operations, or automotive finance environment, preferably supporting funding, servicing, credit, titles, contracts, or post-funding activities.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to professionally support dealers, Sales teams, internal departments, and external partners through phone and email channels.

  • Ability to research, analyze, and resolve dealer and internal inquiries related to funding, titles, contracts, post-funding activities, and consumer portfolio processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document activity, update systems, review documents, and follow established procedures.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively in a fast paced, high-volume support environment.

  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn and navigate multiple internal systems, vendor platforms, and databases.

  • Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.
