Job Summary: The Dealer Support Specialist is responsible for supporting a network of both existing and new customers (Dealers/Intercompany) to facilitate an outstanding customer experience. The Dealer Support Specialist will utilize telephone and email to communicate with our customers and must possess exceptionally strong consultative selling skills coupled with problem solving abilities. Communication is vital in our industry and therefore you must excel at both verbal and written correspondence with our customers. The position reports directly to the Business Director.

Duties/Responsibilities:

โ€ข Provide best in class customer service

โ€ข Champion the RG/VersaCourt brands

โ€ข Field incoming telephone calls in a timely manner to assist VersaCourt dealersโ€™/Intercompany needs

โ€ข Assist with the assignment of web leads in a timely manner to the appropriate person(s) and follow up within a designated timeframe to ensure the customer has been contacted and pleased with our representation

โ€ข Provide personal sales forecasts as requested by management

โ€ข Assist dealers with quotations and product information as requested

โ€ข Work to solve problems and/or complaints that could arise

โ€ข Provide counseling related to new products, changes, and any pertinent corporate

communications that might be applicable to our dealers

โ€ข Own your position โ€“ make suggestions and recommendations that will make us better as a company

โ€ข Possess strong teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple departments

Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds
