Dealer eProcess, a premier provider of high-performance websites and digital marketing solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Executive. This role is an opportunity for a strategy focused high-impact individual who excels in a performance-oriented environment. Your primary objective will be to own the entire sales cycle by identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, securing product presentations, and driving territory revenue growth.
 

The successful applicant will possess a persistent motivation for success and the confidence to engage directly with assigned dealerships via phone, email, and in-person. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate discipline in managing their sales pipeline and a dedication to meticulous CRM activity logging for precise follow-up and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound outreach to assigned dealerships using strategic territory management techniques to identify opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, establishing long-term rapport and aligning our digital solutions with their business objectives.
     
  • CRM Management: Diligently log all activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, in the CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your interactions.
     
  • New Business Focus: Drive new business development as your core function, focusing on bringing new dealerships into the Dealer eProcess portfolio.
     
  • Master Prospecting: Demonstrate your skills in prospecting and lead generation. This is the foundation of your role and the first step in growing within the company.
     
  • Learn to Demo: Once you have consistently demonstrated success in setting up product demonstrations, receive training on presenting our products effectively to prospective clients.
     
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to close. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and peak dealer satisfaction throughout the transition.
     
  • Market Strategy & Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing strategic planning and market analysis to identify emerging industry trends, enabling Dealer eProcess to maintain a competitive edge and drive sustained market growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in outside sales, particularly in high-energy outbound environments. Must possess expert negotiation and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
     
  • Persistence & Resilience: Must be comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling rejection with a positive attitude.
     
  • Analytical CRM Proficiency: Advanced experience with CRM platforms, utilizing them not just for activity logging but for data-driven decision-making and precise pipeline forecasting.
