Job description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Deals various table games.
  • Handles currency and chips.
  • Protects bankroll.
  • Follows house rules and dealing procedures.
  • Monitors layout at all times.
  • Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required of the crew of a Coast Guard certified vessel.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions:ย 

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: Must have experience in dealing various table games.
  • Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with players and supervisors; ability to rapidly use basic mathematical skills; complete knowledge of all game rules and internal control policies.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
  • Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
