ABOUT US

duPont REGISTRY Group proudly marks four decades as a cornerstone of the luxury automotive market in 2025. Renowned for connecting millions of buyers and sellers worldwide, duPont REGISTRY Group has facilitated billions in automotive transactions while setting the standard for excellence in the industry.

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this critical role, you will hold full ownership and accountability for sourcing, managing, and successfully closing retail automotive transactions. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the sales process, beginning with the initial client introduction and continuing through financing, deal structuring, and final vehicle delivery. This includes guiding clients seamlessly through complex purchase decisions, coordinating with finance partners to secure optimal lending solutions, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Sales to strategically grow and expand the retail segment of the business, contributing through individual performance and supporting broader sales initiatives and operational improvements. This role demands a highly autonomous professional who can operate with entrepreneurial initiative, balancing independence with effective teamwork.

While this is not a traditional showroom role, it requires your presence on-site to leverage the full power of the duPont REGISTRY brand and its resources. The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales and/or finance professional, adept at managing sophisticated, high-value transactions with discretion and confidence. You must demonstrate a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of luxury automotive sales and finance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the entire deal, start to end. From introduction to finance and close deals
  • Personally handle the full F&I process — including credit applications, lender approvals, funding paperwork, and compliance
  • Source your own opportunities. While you'll have access to company resources, marketing, and leads, this will require you to build and maintain your own pipeline
  • Generate and manage your own client book using outbound outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting strategies
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage follow-up schedules, track deal progress, and ensure timely customer communication
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to move deals forward efficiently and professionally
  • Structure and finalize finance deals with precision and compliance
  • Coordinate funding, title processing, and document accuracy with administrative support
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across multiple brands

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in luxury, exotic, or high-line automotive sales
  • Direct F&I experience
  • Proven ability to self-source leads, manage a personal pipeline, and close deals
  • Strong working knowledge of lender platforms (e.g., RouteOne, Dealertrack, Westlake, etc.) and finance compliance requirements
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills with a forward-looking focus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, always-on environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and imperfect information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to frequently adjust priorities and help the team wherever needed
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with teams across the organization
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with experience in working towards tight deadlines
