  • Engagement: Manage the community’s social inbox, responding to DMs and comments to convert followers into tours.

  • Event Promotion: Take the lead on planning community events and ensuring they are "Instagrammable" and well-documented.

3. Operations & Resident Life
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle front desk duties, complete lease applications, and maintain accurate file documentation in accordance with company policy.

  • Community Care: Maintain tour path cleanliness for a perfect first impression; assist with "on-call" responsibilities (nightly rounds, lock-outs, etc.).

  • Service: Go above and beyond to ensure current residents are satisfied and feel at home.

Qualifications

  • Residency: Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community and live on a designated floor as assigned.

  • Skills: * Natural on camera with a knack for social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, Canva).

    • Adaptive, outgoing, and hardworking.

    • Valid driver’s license.

  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate all areas of the property (indoor/outdoor) in various weather conditions.
