Position Overview:

    • Doctors: 1 Dentist (owner, works Mondays only)
    • Support Staff: 2 RDH, 1 DA, 1 Front Desk
  • Schedule: Tues-Thurs; 8a-5p
  • Patients per day: 25 patients per day
  • Types for Procedures: Composites, Extractions, Implants, Bridges, Root canals, Dentures/Removables, Botox, Clear correct/Braces/Invisalign
  • Patient age range: General practice mostly adults
  • Payor make-up: Fee-for-service, Peach State
  • Technologies: Older Tech willing to buy anything that the right doctor wants

Compensation

  • Open to daily rate while the doctor ramps productions
  • 35% of collections (open to 35% of production)
  • Lab Fees typically paying 35% of their lab fees
