Acting as a Senior Talent Partner supporting DDN's Engineering hiring needs across software, infrastructure, systems, and emerging technology teams, supporting DDN's Engineering teams based in Raleigh, NC. It partners closely with Engineering hiring managers, Finance, and HR to execute effective, scalable recruiting strategies for technical roles.

This individual operates as a hands‑on recruiting partner, driving full-cycle hiring, contributing to workforce planning discussions, ensuring compliance, and delivering a strong candidate and stakeholder experience across the talent lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Talent Partnership

Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to Engineering hiring managers for mid‑to‑senior level technical roles

Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, workforce planning input, and hiring prioritization

Translate technical and business hiring needs into effective recruiting strategies aligned with DDN's growth objectives

Own full‑cycle recruiting for Engineering roles, from intake through offer and close

Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent across the US technology talent market, including passive candidate engagement

Drive inclusive, equitable, and consistent interview processes aligned with company standards

Stakeholder & Process Partnership

Partner with Engineering, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment on approvals, compensation, and compliance

Provide input on job leveling, role alignment, and market considerations

Support improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience for technical candidates

Represent DDN's culture, mission, and values throughout the hiring process

Support initiatives to strengthen DDN's engineering employer brand

Collaborate with fellow recruiters and TA team members, sharing sourcing and process best practices

Support TA initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on Engineering or technical roles

Experience partnering with hiring managers in a consultative recruiting capacity

Solid understanding of technical roles, hiring markets, and competitive talent landscapes

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms

Familiarity with US labor regulations and hiring compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for infrastructure, systems, storage, HPC, AI/ML, or distributed systems roles

Familiarity with job leveling and compensation frameworks

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
