Network Engineers

Duration: 3-12 Months

Type: Remote

Description:

  • Assist the lead network engineer on IP usage analysis by collecting the source data which includes but not limits to routing table, IPAM, DHCP, the configuration of router and switch, ARP entries, DNS records. Be able to run initial data process such as sorting the data, removing the duplicated entries by using Microsoft Excel. Review the configuration of network devices and related hosts in the identified networks to come up the change plan for freeing up the IP address.
  • Experience with the design, configure and document Enterprise Network
  • Well knowledge of Network devices (such as Router, Switch, Firewall, Load-balancer, Proxy) and DDI System (DHCP, DNS, IPAM)
  • Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and EIGRP
  • Familiar with IP network subnetting
  • 3+ years of experience with configuring router and switch
  • Know how to use Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work with team

Lead Network Engineer

Description:

  • Lead the network team to run the IP usage analysis and identify the candidate networks whose IP could be freed up easily. Review the configuration of network devices and related hosts in the identified networks to come up the change plan for freeing up the IP address.
  • Experience with the design, configure aand document Enterprise Network
  • Well knowledge of Network devices (such as Router, Switch, Firewall, Load-balancer, Proxy) and DDI System (DHCP, DNS, IPAM)
  • Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and EIGRP
  • Familiar with IP network subnetting
  • 5+ years of experience with configuring router, switch and firewall
  • Experience with using VBA script (or other scripting language) to process the data and generate Excel report
  • Technical leadership experience
  • Knowledge of H3C router and Juniper router a plus
