KEY PEOPLE PROCESSES:
  • Assists with Hiring, Onboarding, and Training of new Associates.
  • Supports Engagement culture through recognition, communication, and approachability.

SCHEDULES:
  • People Works maintained and up to date with current Associate availability, job codes, etc.
  • Creates and posts approved schedules on time, meeting Schedule Accuracy requirements.

MONITORS AND MANAGES KEY STORE OPERATIONAL PROCESSES:
  • FAST Forward / CPR.
  • Markdowns.
  • STEP Performance.
  • Fitting Room/SSFR.
  • Cash Office.

MANAGE ALL ASPECTS OF THE BACK OFFICE AND BREAKROOM:
  • Communication Boards set to planogram and routinely updated.
  • Back Office Filing and Organization.
  • Breakroom Cleanliness and Locker Program.
