The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric therapeutic strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective treatment is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and of Universal Health Services in accordance with government regulations, licensing and accreditation requirements.  The DCS participates in the hospital's strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of instituational goals and objectives through the clinical product.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling is required and Licensure (LPC/ LCSW) is strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years management experience including within a behavioral healthcare setting.
  • Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements.
  • Previous experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.
