Job DescriptionLocation: 1515 Wilson Blvd, Rosslyn, VA Clearance TS/SCI Schedule 100% Onsite Shift Day Position Summary Responsibilities Qualifications Maintain DCIO(IE & SAP-IT) managed and supported facilities and locations for compliance with physical security directives and identify vulnerabilities. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, for physical security accreditation in accordance with DoD and IC accreditation authority requirements.
- Prepare written reports based on the assessments, including recommended mitigation actions and techniques. Develop and maintain physical security accreditation documentation, as required by policy in accordance with government standards to include Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Co-Utilization Agreement (CUA), and Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC). Develop and maintain physical security inspection checklists in compliance with applicable DoD and IC requirements.
- Draft and process technical security countermeasure requests, as needed
- Facilitate access to management systems, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and alarm management at managed facilities in coordination with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) and DoD CIO security office. Assist in resolving any physical security incidents, as required
- Manage and maintain physical security data, ensuring the accuracy of data related to facility security status, vulnerabilities, accreditations, SAPF/SCIF requirements, security container information, and facility manager documentation. Conduct assessments of facility locking mechanisms and access control devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for secure server rooms
- Address issues and change door and safe combinations according to DoD guidance. Assisting with the implementation of OPSEC policies, training aids, and resources. Maintain combinations in accordance with applicable DoD policy.
Basic Qualifications:
- Mid Level – Bachelors Degree and 5 Years of experience or 9 years with the High School Diploma
- Sr. Level – Bachelors Degree and 10 Years of experience or 14 years with the High School Diploma
- TS/SCI
- DOW and/or DOW SAP experience is a bonus
