Job Responsibilities

As a DC Supervisor, 2nd shift, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services
  • Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support
  • Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of materials
  • Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts
  • Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment
  • Adhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance
  • Performing other duties as assigned
