What You'll Do
Guest Service

  • Greet every guest warmly and help with whatever they need.
  • Check in with guests often to make sure they're happy with their stay.
  • Handle guest problems calmly and do your best to make things right.
Front Desk

  • Run the front desk — check-ins, check-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events.
  • Answer guest calls and requests quickly.
  • Follow all hotel policies correctly, every time.

  • Know how to respond the right way in an emergency.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas daily to meet company and brand standards.

  • Learn the jobs of other non-manager staff and cover those duties when needed.

Shift Rules
  • You must stay on-site for your whole shift until someone comes to relieve you.
What You Need
  • Good communication with guests and staff.
  • Able to stay calm and handle conflict and stress.
  • Comfortable with sales and talking money with guests.
  • Able to read and follow written steps and procedures.
