The Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf is currently seeking an experienced

Housekeeping Supervisor

Earn up to a $300 monthly bonus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan, and assign work for employees.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
  • Oversees that staff is trained and observing all safety and security procedures.
  • Assists manager in preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas.
  • Responds to guest complaints, special requests and takes action to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Inspects guest rooms/suites, linen rooms, and public areas to assure that the property's standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained by employees to meet guest satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1+ years supervising a department of ten or more employees.
  • Prior housekeeping and laundry experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
