Job description

Do you like to keep things simple?

Do you like knowing that you're the reason guests smile as soon as they walk into a room?

Pax is looking for a full-time Housekeeper to join our team in our Equus Inn hotel in Ocala, FL. Our Housekeepers are the lifeblood of our hotels as they are the ones that prepare/upkeep our guest's rooms to a standard that will make them happy and want to come back.

If hired, here is what you can expect your day to be like..

  • Each morning you will be assigned guestrooms to clean (changing sheets, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, washing, and replenishing room amenities)
  • We will teach you Pax's standards of cleanliness
  •  During your shift make sure to thoroughly clean all assigned public spaces, work areas, and storage areas
  • Collect lost items and follow standard protocol for lost and found items
  • Secure any found master keys and guestroom keys
  • Complete any projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
