Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program for preschool-aged children supporting the ed director
- Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
-Maintaining the facility and ensuring everything is running smoothly on the floor.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Experience:
