About This Role

You can turn your passion for working with children into a career without incurring education expenses. Our center offers a unique opportunity to earn 6 credits in a short period of time.

The Learning Center Daycare, located at 224 W. Main Street, Winneconne, just minutes from Oshkosh, has a part or full-time assistant OR lead teacher position available for those interested in working with children of all ages. This role is perfect for individuals with flexible schedules who can start immediately due to the center's growth. While previous childcare experience is preferred, we're willing to work with those who are eager to learn and grow with our company. As a full-time employee, you can enjoy paid holidays & vacations, reduced childcare rates, access to an IRA with employee match, paid planning time, and a fun staff environment! What You'll Do
  • Encourage children's emotional and social growth by promoting understanding and positive self-concepts.
