Daybreak Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while delivering care to a diverse client base. Our clinic operates from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, providing ample scheduling options to fit your lifestyle. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies in your practice.
• Engage with clients in individual and group settings to facilitate their mental and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with advancements in mental health care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Daybreak Mental Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise and empathetic approach will significantly contribute to improving their quality of life, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health care practices.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in EMR software and related technologies is essential for effective documentation and communication.

• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma therapy is highly valued and will enhance your candidacy.

Daybreak Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance bonuses. Benefits include annual raises, compensation for orientation, participation in monthly professional development, and generous paid time off (PTO). Our flexible scheduling accommodates personal needs, and you will have your clinical caseload established within your first 90 days as we assist with administrative aspects like accreditation processes.
