This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while delivering care to a diverse client base. Our clinic operates from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, providing ample scheduling options to fit your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies in your practice.
  • Engage with clients in individual and group settings to facilitate their mental and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Daybreak Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance bonuses. Benefits include annual raises, compensation for orientation, participation in monthly professional development, and generous paid time off (PTO). Our flexible scheduling accommodates personal needs, and you will have your clinical caseload established within your first 90 days as we assist with administrative aspects like accreditation processes.
