South Austin, TX 
$18.00–$25.00/hour | Guaranteed 30 Hours | Full-rate Compensation for both client and non-client facing responsibilities| Annual Bonuses

Competitive Compensation 

  • $18.00–$25.00/hour based on experience 

  • Guaranteed 30 hours per week 

  •  Full hourly pay for required non-billable work, including meetings, training, and other assigned responsibilities—never minimum wage

What You'll Do 

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clinic settings. 

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA. 

  • Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills. 

  • Collect session data and complete documentation. 

  • Partner with families and your clinical team. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Active RBT Certification 

  • Experience providing ABA therapy 

  • Reliable transportation 

  • Excellent communication skills 

Preferred 

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) 

  • Experience working with children 

Physical Requirements 

  • Lift up to 50 pounds. 

  • Ability to Stand, bend, kneel and sit on the floor 

  • Comfortable working in active, play-based environments inside clinics

Schedule: Monday–Friday 

Location: South Austin, Texas 

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB (required) 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ years of experience working with children in ABA, education, childcare, or related setting. 
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, ect.) 

Experience:

  • Experience with children ages 18 months–10 years (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with a team of BCBAs, teachers, or healthcare professionals (a plus!)

Location & Commute

  • Must be able to reliably commute to our South Austin clinic (78745)
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to nearby sites
