Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in PLANO AND neighboring cities in Texas. The ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities

- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community settings as needed
